About On The Dotted Line

We’re Pam and Bonnie—longtime collaborators, AEC industry veterans, and now, proud co-founders of ODL.

Our partnership began in 2015 at Cogence, where Pam served as founding president and Bonnie quickly became the behind-the-scenes powerhouse (thanks to a well-timed intro from board member Ron Lawson). From day one, we clicked.

Pam is the big-picture thinker. Bonnie is the ultimate finisher—quietly pulling all the pieces together and making things happen. She never asks for the spotlight, but Pam always makes sure she gets the credit she deserves.

Together, we’ve built a partnership rooted in trust, shared values, and a love of nice things and a good time (Bonnie plans the best parties). On the Dotted Line is the natural next step—giving Bonnie the space to do what she does best: make things happen.
